1. Data Accuracy & Legal Responsibility

• The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and valid business and FBR credentials, including IRIS login, NTN, and STRN.

• Sada Hisab will integrate and process data exactly as provided by the Client.

• Any error, penalty, or legal consequence arising from incorrect or incomplete data submitted to FBR shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.

2. Confidentiality & Data Security

• Sada Hisab ensures that all credentials (IRIS password, integration key, etc.) are stored and transmitted securely using encryption.

• Client credentials will not be shared with any third party except as required by FBR for integration purposes.

• The Client must immediately notify Sada Hisab of any unauthorized access, data breach, or change in credentials.

3. Compliance with FBR Rules

• The Client agrees to comply with all Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations, including the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and FBR POS integration guidelines.

• The Client acknowledges that FBR may access or audit invoices generated through the POS system at any time.

• Any violation of FBR digital invoicing standards shall be the responsibility of the Client.

4. Software Licensing & Usage

• Sada Hisab POS software is licensed, not sold, to the Client for use by their business only.

• The license is non-transferable and cannot be used for multiple businesses without written approval.

• Unauthorized modification, resale, or duplication of the software is strictly prohibited.

5. Support, Updates & Integration

• Sada Hisab will provide technical support and FBR integration setup during onboarding.

• Regular software updates may be provided to comply with FBR policies or improve system functionality.

• The Client must promptly install or accept updates to maintain compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sada Hisab shall not be liable for:

• Any penalty, fine, or legal action imposed by FBR due to incorrect data or delayed submission.

• Any downtime, data loss, or system failure caused by the Client’s local environment, internet connection, or power outage.

• In any case, Sada Hisab’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the preceding three (3) months.

7. Termination

Sada Hisab reserves the right to suspend or terminate software access if the Client:

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Fails to comply with FBR rules or software terms.

• Engages in fraudulent invoicing or misuse of credentials.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and the regulations of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

9. Client Declaration

By using the Software and submitting this form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined above.
